I don't remember seeing Bono drum during the Pop era.

Elevation era, I think it was more Bono messing about when Larry went up front on his birthday.

And Vertigo tour, Bono got his Drummy-Drum on during "Love and Peace", as we all know.

Not sure of the model but I could find out.

Cuz I'm a about such things... I contacted Takamine guitars.

The closest match that I found would be the Takamine TAN15c. I wouldnt know for sure without seeing it in person. That guitar lists for $2299.

Ok I found it. Bono on drums and Larry on lead vocals. I'll upload it for anyone who wants it but some of you may already have it. September 29, 1989 Stand By Me. Bono and Larry switch places about half way through, Bono attempts a drum solo at the end, loses a drumstick and finishes with one stick.

So Bono can play drums.

Well I can asure you that The Sweetest Thing is very easy to play on the piano, so I'm... almost certain... that he does play it live.

And U2's not really the band I had in mind when it's about backing tracks etc.
