I find Colin's clothing on SNL far more offensive than Ed's hair, lol.
A Staircase/Daily Mail 12" would be pretty awesome. (Maybe for that Record Store Day event on Black Friday? You know, the one that U2 did Wide Awake In Europe for.)Or do another 12" single.
That's just his shtick. He's in character as a clueless know-it-all conservative, but is quite the opposite.
...and after this many years it's getting a little old...
What exactly is an "armchair liberal"?
And this coming from the one who still makes cock jokes.
If it's any consolation, I think both the Republicans and Democrats are dinosaur parties backed mostly by sheep who are unable / unwilling to think for themselves, and have no idea as to what real liberal or conservative policies are. The idea that Obama is a socialist is just as ridiculous as the idea that Bush was a conservative. No progressive liberal policies will ever come from the Democrats, and no true conservative policies will ever come from the Republicans. The sooner people abandon these dinosaur twin policy corporate shell parties, the better.
Okay, this makes perfect sense. I would argue that within the sphere of world politics, the US has plenty of genuinely (whatever that means) conservative policies but no real liberal politicians. Obama would be centrist or even right-leaning in most European countries. But I see and appreciate your point.

But will you know right from wrong?

Is this the Muse thread?
I've been telling people for years that I'm not a big Obama fan because I think he's too far to the right. Usually people say, "You mean left." No, I don't.Okay, this makes perfect sense. Too bad he looked like a huckster because I really think he was a legit progressive liberal.
