Rock n' Roll Doggie ALL ACCESS
I'm amused by the fact that SimFly fell off the exercise machine ...sounds like me
FlyYourKite said:Thanks girls. I want to fastforward to like three weeks from now when I can eat crunchy chips and a nice big steak. Why couldn't I have bounced back like Sarah? *jealous*

Actually, I was wrong about Sarah.
It wasn't her wisdom teeth, she had to have 4 molars removed before she could get her braces on - her teeth were too crowded. I forgot. Bad mother.
Were yours impacted?

talk to you girls later!
VP- NOW Sarah has her favorite bands in the correct order Kidding.... She seems like the kind of person I'd get along really well with! I hope I meet you guys one day!
FlyYourKite said:Bye Sami! Have a good dinner. Eat some hard and crunchy food for me.

Bad VP
Yep, all four were impacted.

Did you have it done in a hospital, or an office? Mine was in a hospital, and Sarah's in the office of an oral surgeon.
VintagePunk said:
Awwww. Mine were, too. Well, three of them. The 4th just never developed, and wasn't there.
Did you have it done in a hospital, or an office? Mine was in a hospital, and Sarah's in the office of an oral surgeon. I was telling them how crappy I felt after getting mine out (anaesthetic), and the anaesthetist explained to me that hospitals use a less expensive general anaesthetic - it's still very safe, but has a higher incidence of after effects, like feeling crappy - whereas the one they use, because it's being paid for by the patient/dental plan, is higher quality, and has fewer unpleasant after effects.
You would know more about this than me, though. He could have been feeding me a line of crap to justify his prices.

Surgeon, Wild, oral SURGEON.

I had it done at this place called Interface. They have like 8 oral surgeons who do various oral and maxillofacial surgeries. So it's like a pretend hospital I think
We haven't learned about anaesthetics in too much detail yet but that could very well be true. I came right to after the procedure was done...being knocked out didn't affect me at all after. I'm just feeling really crappy now. The T3s and the antibiotics can certainly cause nausea and general blahhh feeling. Add on that it's that time of the month and I'm not eating anything except ice cream and pudding and you have one happy Fly.

Awww, hopefully you should notice a drastic improvement in the next day or two Could you try something like scrambled eggs? Something a bit more solid in your stomach might help.
I still remember the consult with Sarah's anaesthesiast. He's from Toronto and came here one day a week to work with this particular oral surgeon. It should have been a 10 or 15 minute consult, and I ended up in his office for over and hour. He was like talking about everything. I swear he was on the verge of asking me out...I looked at my watch and said "look at the time!! Gotta go!"
FlyYourKite said:
I hope so. I've had scrambled eggs both yesterday and this morning but it tends to get stuck in the stitches and I have to work extra hard to get rid of the bits with that gnarly mouth wash stuff.
Maybe you should have let him ask you out! They make good money

It was just so skeevy!! I'm there to talk about my kid's teeth, and then next thing you know, I'm sitting there going "ummm...am I getting hit one, here??" I expected a waitress to walk into the office and start passing out drinks, and cheesy singles-bar music to start playing, or something.

Sounds like the setting for one of those cheap porn movies! I agree with you though, there is a time and a place to be hit on. That was not the time
