That is a great idea, except we don't have any red meat in the house. I'm supposed to be cutting it out of my diet. Everytime I eat it I end up having horrible problems with my stomach and other places you don't want to know about for days.

I think I'm going to throw some chicken breast under the broiler and make us some chicken salads with yummy salsa dressing. Its easy and everyone will eat it. Ohhh and I just remembered I think we have an avacodo in the fridge as well. Yum!
