I won a contest from itunes once and won 50 free songs, but for some reason they sent the winning notice to my old email address, even though they sent the original contest announcement and all other email to my new one! I just happened to sign on to it one day and noticed the winning announcement, but it had EXPIRED just 1 week before I saw it. I contacted them and explained but they said sorry out of luck. Bastards. :angry :

Tonight I'm going to experiment with tee shirts, to see if I can cut off the sleeves and make a vee neck in my War shirt for Friday night.

I'll practice on another shirt I don't care about (I swear I have a drawer full of shirts from work promoting some program or drink or whatnot). Hopefully I can make it work somewhat easily.

Dang, it sounds like most, if not all, of the people I want to hang with in Seattle who are doing GA don't want to line up.

(No pressure, Thora - I always knew you were the soundboard type. )

I'd rather watch with friends than be alone at the front (or all day in line, for that matter - how boring), even if that means not getting to see any 360 shows from a close spot.

I'm applying gentle peer pressure to a few people who seem to be unsure of their plans at this point.

Ah, late May in Seattle. The sun finally emerges for real, and thousands of very pale Seattleites dash outside to bask in it for twenty minutes, and return with pink skin.



Seriously, though - it's so nice out. It's so nice to have a stretch of sun and warmer temps.

Yeah, it's gorgeous out here too.

I'm going to go pick up some sushi in a few minutes, because I'm tired and stressed the hell out, and sushi will cheer me up. I fully intend on eating outside, if I can. We still don't have our patio set up yet, but I can always drag a chair out there.
