ms-dos start disc is something you need to reboot your computer in case of emergency; you must have win95/98 to create it....

I don't have a copy of an ms-dos boot disk...

however, you might have better luck asking the people at the sitepoint.com forums under "computer help desk".

surely there is someone there who can help....

i now it's hard to believe but i need that disk even more than a new disk from U2
