All considered, I think he looks pretty good here.. although it looks to me as if he is wearing make up (in the vid his face seems kinda tanned, not likely after being in bed for some time eh?)

naaah, I think it is actually the real tan.
If I remember correctly there were pic floating around of him being on a yacht in the south of France last year just a week or two before landing in Munich at the hospital.... so....tan is actually quite possible.

The first thing that I noticed is how well rested he is looking!

Ya, I don't think it's make up either.
Bono could give a flying rip about what he looks like, especially in the hosptial!! Plus, look at his neck/chest. It's got some color too, so I don't think they put body makeup on him to match his face for a hospital shot of all things?
