Maybe it's just a filling. But I had seen a glint in another photo and didn't think anything of it until I saw this one.

I think he`s got a gold crown on his upper left six. I`ve got a major filling in the same tooth though mines a standard silver/mercury one - some of us can`t afford gold! Dentists usually use gold for back teeth as its stronger than white fillings/crowns.
