Next time perhaps it's easier to say the Oceania leg of the tour, since most tours legs are named after their continent. European, North American, South American.... etc. you get my point. NZ'ers don't like being compared to Aussies.

I was taught wrong then. My bad.The term is sometimes used more specifically to denote Australasia as a geographic continent,
oooo...kay.That's irrelevant. I'm saying that the only continent in this region is the continent of AUSTRALIA. All other entities + Australia make up the region of OCEANIA.
