No idea, but they did abandon the limited edition of the 2CD set, right? I bought the Best of with the B-Sides in 2003 with no trouble locating it.

I found yesterday several copies of that limited edition on a shelf in a music store.......................
Limited editions are tricks to make people buy more and more, nothing else...............you find them even in 30 years

I have the 2cd and it's a numbered one. I was just curious how many there were that were put out that's all. Just something I was wondering one day.

As far as I know, only the Canadian release was numbered.

That DVD came with the limited editions of The Best Of 1990-2000 in the first few weeks it was out. The History Mix is just a seven and a half minute collage of video and audio taken from U2's whole career up to 2002.

I thought it was the second half of the history mix, from 89 up until the making of ATYCLB?

Yeah, it only covers the "dream it all up again" speech (1989) to the "Beautiful Day" vid (2000).

The first History Mix is on the Achtung, Baby VHS, I think.
