That website looks great! Love those classic images with the kangaroos blended in.

By the way, one of you guys mentioned High Hopes and it took me back to the mid-90s when I used to think that it was the greatest Floydian moment ever. I hadn't yet heard most of their back catalog back then and really loved the Division Bell. Actually I still do... only not as much as DSOTM, Wall, WYWH or Animals.

I agree. The Division Bell is simply majestic. All the critics trashed it because they didn't bother to give it a fair shake, I think, since A Momentary Lapse Of Reason wasn't that great and Waters still wasn't in the band. But what an album...

Pink Floyd have never stated anything that I can remember about it being over. I remember when Rick Wright released his solo album back in 1997 - he stated that he hoped to start working on the new album with Gilmour and Mason within another year or two. Obviously, that never transpired.

It comes down to Gilmour, really, I think he's been quite comfortable how everything has gone, and hasn't been in a rush to do anything. Who knows if he ever will, but one can only hope he gets the creative urge to do one more. I never saw Floyd live (I missed out the last two tours), and would really like one more chance to see them before they disappear for good. I own the Pulse laserdisc (yeah, that's right - it's not out on DVD just yet! :)) and it is simply awesome. I can just imagine what it was like live with DSOTM played in its entirety.

You make it sound so casual. If this is actually true, this is breaking... no, ground breaking news.

I don't know about that but I really do get the feeling that the Div Bell has the sound, feel and imagery of a finale... a goodbye.

 My sentiments precisely.

By the way, I just heard that Gilmour, Wright and Mason have just started working on a new studio album (or EP I'm not sure) with a tentative title 'Behind The Veil'.

or so I'm gonna dream out loud.

Have you heard those The Wall Live DVD rumors ?????

I can´t find the page where I read a Roger Waters interview, but it seems they´ll release Pink Floyd The Wall Live DVD by early 2006. Finally we´ll have the most amazing and historic live concept show ever performed.

Do you want to see some parts of the show ?

go to www.pinkfloyd.co.uk then clic on "echoes album site", then choose your connection speed, then clic on "Comfortably Numb", and finally clic on "Video"... you´ll be ...

I´ll keep working on more news, and I´ll try to find the source I got these news

Peace

"BB: Hi Q104.3 you're on with Roger Waters.

CALLER: Roger, for years there's been video floating around of The Wall concert and with The Wall coming out on Broadway this year [obviously incorrect - it should be within the next twelve months - BD] I just want to know if there are any plans of releasing the original concert on DVD the way it should be?

Roger Waters: Yeah, that could happen. I've actually... strange you should ask that question. I've been looking at some of the material over the last couple of weeks it finally appeared out of the midsts of time from a mixing and editing suite in Los Angeles and it doesn't look too bad. I think it's quite an interesting historical document, so yeah, I think it will definitely become available at some point quite soon.

CALLER: Well we're all looking forward to seeing it I hope it comes true "
