I won a $77 lotto once...and last year, I won an Ebay auction for a golf magazine subscription...the company delayed delivery by 4 months...I thought I was ripped off...I received a letter that read that for every month they were late, I got another year for free...sure enough, my subscription label states June 2009..

I'll take that! :)

Well, serious doubts about the legitimacy of this aside....

If I won $67million, I wouldn't be handing Bono $1 million. I'd say, here's $500,000. You get the other $500,000 once you've played a club gig for 500 Interferencers, setlist chosen by said Interferenceres. Think of the African kids Bono! Play the fucking gig!

Best thing ever posted on interference, genius :hyper:

Well, how many registered people are there in here?

If 1000 people raised $1000 each..... that'd be $1,000,000.

You know there's no way they could say 'no'...

**Envisions a giant bake sale**

The gig of course would be played at the Metro Theatre in Sydney, Australia.

So you'll all need to raise another $1000 to fly here for it. Then add accomodation on top of that.

:eyebrow:

You really know how to bring the dream down dont ya?

That's fine I know people in Sydney and it's a place I like to see :|
but we'd better let the band decide. Something tells me they'd prefer a New York show :D

Ah why does it have to be so far away?!

That means I'm gunna have to fork out like $AU15 for a train ticket down there.

maybe the 'winner' can arrange for all interferencers to meet at a concert on the fall leg - of course they will pay for tickets and accomodations

I'd have said the Dame Joan Sutherland Performing Arts Centre in Penrith is a better option. It's only a 5 minute drive then, and we can all come back to my place for a barbie with the band afterward. And for 1 mil, the band wouldn't want to be saying no

Can you imagine that BIG larger than life cardboard fake check that they hand to the lotto winner at the press conference? $67 million and the name says Bonosleftone.....

1) how, in fact, did you win $67 million from the new jersey state lotto, when there was, in fact, no single $67 million dollar payout in the last year?
2) are you the edge?

thank you.
