Black Magic beckons . . . . Witches cast spells
Night of dark nights . . . . The dead come alive!
Halloween night the pendulum swings . . . .
To the time of the moon . . . . To the wind through the trees
Riding the wind the spirits laugh loud
Halloween night . . . . it’s their time to fly!
Skulls and bones . . . . Blood and flesh
The spirits embody all that is Death
Seeking lost souls . . . .
The spirits return to the graves where they laid at rest.
Tombstones await the spirits return
Guarded isolation . . . . Black rats sentinel
The spirits awaken all that remains
Ghosts and goblins rise to the night.
Unearthly noises are heard thru the air
Creaks and rattles . . . . Hums and groans
Silence awakened by ghoulish sounds.
The moon reflects upon the dark of night
Shadow-cast images . . . . too gruesome to show
Walk the earth . . . . Fly the skies . . . . Appear and disappear
Heard and unheard
Halloween night . . . . it’s their time to scare!
Frighten those caught up in the spell
Black Magic reigns . . . . its shadow’s called “DEATH”
Black Magic reigns . . . . it’s seeking “You”!
