Our friend received her Chemo #3 in the hospital-- partially to watch out for bad cognitive reactions which she had last time.
2: In the meantime though the (secondary) cancer in her lungs was causing
blood clots
yikes- so she was administered (by injection) meds to dissolve them, and will have oral meds at home for that as well.
They happen to catch that, LUCKILY, while she was in the hosptial for the other concerns.
She did give her partner (my sis's other very long time friend) a smile yesterday. He says she coming back around to being more of her self again. She got alot more instruction on how to improver her nutrition etc too.
ANd he got a different type of respite as well.
