at the bottom of the ocean

sea's green
ocean's deep
deep even when shallow
still drowning itself with everyone else's sorrow

its so tiring to be square
to get along, so people dont stare
hate to create a rise
you dont want any down-cast eyes
and yet here it doesnt matter
at the bottom of the ocean

the dirty and unkept keep getting in your way,
its them who remind you,
not even your good works and nice words,
can bring sunshine to your day,

so why not take a dive,
and see what its like at the bottom,
a place where you cant hear or speak,
just exist without emotion,
here
at the bottom of the ocean

people live life to avoid death,
save up money for when they have no energy left,
prepare for the worst and always think ahead,
never knowing, even if therell be a tommorow,
they dont care, because they dont know,
they're at the bottom of the ocean.
