it was about nine hours of driving in a car with severely degraded performance...by which i mean it ran well on the flat and downhill, but uphill with my foot on the floor it wouldn't accelerate.

and the route from wellington to auckland includes a climb to nearly 3000 feet above sea level!

Daniel, this album is fuck mazing.

I really don't know if you'll like it just because I have no idea ever how to compare The Killers to anything else, even themselves. But it's just so great so far. "Playing With Fire" is where I'm at right now, and it's the weakest track so far, but I'd still rate it like a 7/10.
