Nice to see U2, Colin!


HOLLYWOOD bad boy Colin Farrell almost looks Even Better Than The Real Thing – as rocker Bono for a TV show.

The Irish actor donned the U2 star’s trademark sunglasses, black T-shirt and leather jacket.

Farrell, 28, then impersonated Bono’s wave, voice and love of the peace sign on American satire show Saturday Night Live.

He might have looked the part, but fans of the supergroup know the real Bono has The Edge over him!

Of all the Saturday nights I missed this one.

He did a pretty good job. He didn't bash Bono or anything, it was just a funny tribute. He even sang Vertigo.

I thought it was cute....Colin had the mannerisms down pat. I'm sure Bono had a chuckle about it.

Colin was great doing that! I liked it when he (as Bono) was describing himself, he used that "Showman" speech from when Bono inducted Bruce Springsteen into the Hall of Fame.

But yeah, the mannerisms were great, especially when he kept rubbing his jaw!
