Walking Wounded is a masterpiece and Temperamental is an underrated gem, I am so glad about this because both Tracey and Ben deserve to bask in the spotlight.
Incredible that almost 3 years ago the Brits had as clear cut good vs. bad choice as you can get in a Western democracy and they chose the party who have sent the country hurtling into developing country status.
I honestly can't go too hard on the US' conduct over the last few weeks, an uncommonly welcome instance of them trying to de-escalate the situation - so some props to Biden here.
Noticed a pretty substantial difference in the sympathy afforded to Ukrainians relative to the Palestinian people. Many of the same people who support banning Russian made products (which hasn't been demanded by the Russian opposition AFAIK?) have voiced staunch opposition to BDS.

If your definition of 'free' is being the poorest country in Europe, where millions live in poverty, elections are often decided by local oligarchs and political progressivism (as in Russia) is quashed - then sure.
But make no mistake this is a terrible, catastrophic event and the Russian state...
Everything they did up to Once Upon a Time is close to essential listening, and it's impressive how much of a discography they actually amassed up to that point - very prolific. Hunter and the Hunted is the best thing they put to record (with the incredible guest Herbie Hancock synth solo).
