I decided not to go for RZ but instead the £190 seats at the O2. Queued up and didn't get a thing. They were all gone. I'll try again when they go on general sale and release more tickets, or just hope they add more London shows :shrug: Why even bother with the subscription?

So I've been to 3 U2 shows, each one was in the nosebleeds. This time I want to go all-in for Red Zone. Anyone know how much it is at the O2? Is it worth it? Do I have a chance in hell of actually getting any? For what it's worth I'm in the Innocence presale group, but I only know that because...

This song packs one hell of a punch. It puts a lump in my throat every time I listen to it. That last verse is so powerful, leading into a beautiful chorus. A perfect bookend to a wonderful album. U2 does understated so well.

I also think this is an album for long time fans. I find it hard to imagine that it would hit home with a casual listener or reviewer. It's so deeply personal, the songs have a far greater impact if you "know" the band. To hear the shift in tone to this mature, melancholy sound, it's harder to...

Yep. Bono on point with his lyrics this album. Such a punch in the gut in the best kind of way.

The Little Things gets me all choked up when I listen to it now, I can only imagine I'll be a blubbering mess if/when I hear it on tour. Could say the same for a lot of these songs. Very powerful stuff.

Oh, my heart :heart: I loved SOI, each tune was solid (and why Crystal Ballroom was left off I'll never understand). However as much as I loved SOI, I felt it was lacking the space, the atmosphere that we've had on past U2 albums. SOE has it in spades. I was a bit worried by the singles...

Many people voted for Brexit, not thinking it would actually win. I suspect this could be the case for Trump as well. That said, the Electoral College map favours Clinton. I think she wins NC and VA, and that will seal it for her. Also don't underestimate those of us voting from overseas :wave:

Perfect closer for the album. I haven't been this touched by new music in about, oh, 5.5 years.

I feel like this song perfectly captures how I felt when I "discovered" U2. "The most beautiful sound I'd ever heard."

I had to log out of iTunes and then log in on both my laptop and iPad before I could download the songs.

Fuck me, this is amazing, what an album. Not a single bland song. Nothing necessarily stands out (yet), but I think it's because they're all so damn good. I know it's cliche, but it's so good to have music that touches the soul again, so much better than any of the vapid crap in the top 40...

Crazy Tonight is the only song I don't like on the album. I don't care for its remixes or the live version either :shrug: Everything else, :love:
