It is growing on me...but I still have to force myself not to skip it. Once I am through the intro, it gets better. But for now it is my least favourite track on the album. The best thing it has going for it is that it sounds good in its place on the album, if I skip it my listening...

This song channels the spirit of October (the record). Not sure if anyone else is getting that like I am. I am enjoying it. Unbridled energy and joy.

I am not kidding, this was totally part of my rationalization for downloading the leak!

I was holding out only to have the experience of listening to the entire record with no expectations. No beach clips, no 30 second previews, no NLOTH 2, nothing. Therefore, yhere was no reason to not download the leak...all of you who are waiting it will be well worth it. It is unbelievable.

Listened to the album twice right through. The next song was Stand Up Comedy, just to hear Edge's monster riff and the the "air raid" siren thing or whatever he has going on toward the end.

To the extent that GOYB is driven by Edge's single, picked riff (mirrored by Adam's bass) almost through the entire song, it reminds me of Discotheque. There are some other bits too that remind me of it, I certainly would not argue anything beyond this.

NDP. I like Layton. I think he will mature over the next 4-5 years. He was a great Toronto councillor and is a good consensus builder. Once he loses the gimmicks I think he'll be a good leader. I still think that he is what the NDP needs to become a viable option.

Thanks guys...I know there is not much to say. It's nice just to have you listen. I know time is the only thing that will heal this. But right now it passes so slowly. I am just trying to stand back and gain some perspective.

I have not read through the whole thread Democrat, but to each her/his own. I see good reasons to wait. My own experience tells me not to wait, enjoy it, sexual experience is not a bad thing, but can be a great thing. Just be smart about it. Choose wisely and it can be amazing.
