I also find it hilarious that everyone wants U2 to mix it up and then when they do everyone freaks out.

If the show does indeed get cut short, why the hell would they pluck the two most interesting slots- the rotational slots? Thatshitdontmakenosense.
Only thing I can think of is saving Bono's voice. Perhaps today was a dry run for the cameras, tomorrow will be the bulk of the filming, and they may supplement it with stuff from the 14th?
That would be more punk rock that what they're doing right now.Imagine if they also cut the rotational closer and just walk off after a two-song encore of COBL/Beautiful Day.
Yep...It's been thrown in the blender tonight.I also find it hilarious that everyone wants U2 to mix it up and then when they do everyone freaks out.

Oh no, a popularity contest..Remember kids to do your uber-fan duty and vote for your favorite e-stager:
U2 > News > Who’s Going to Paris This Weekend?
I bet they will play the bongos on Vertigo, and not near a mic.Wait wait wait ... of COURSE they're doing some filming on the 14th. Isn't the U2.com contest about the "who should go to Paris" thing to fly that person to the concert on the 14th?
.... or am I the last person in the thread who was still wondering about that? Heh.
Oh no, a popularity contest..
I'm just going to assume Bono has the plague until I hear otherwise.
And re filming, another person has told me that their understanding is that it's mainly the Saturday concert that will be the "broadcast," although they are doing additional filming in case they need to swap something out.
Which will be good (I assume) for the concert itself, but still a weird show for Paris tonight. Again - plague. Yep. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
