Who is opening for the Foo for you?

I heard Smashing Pumpkins is coming to a club in Providence. They were my other big band that I had followed from their inception. Some of you will remember the tattoo I have on the back of my neck. Wished it were U2, but it was a significant moment in life. It was the start of my traveling to see bands I cared about it.

I might check that out for gits and shiggles.

I heard 2 kind of interesting (yet musically similar) bands on Sirius today. She Wants Revenge and A Silent Film. Anyone else hear of those bands?

ugh - I do not think Mr.Z ever gets the hugeness of First Day Back to Work. He's all "What are we having for dinner?" like I'm capable of a coherent thought. Silly boy. :rolleyes:

What I would like to be making for dinner: croutons and... um... there's some cottage cheese in the fridge :shrug:

What I'm actually making: asparagus and gruyer raviolis and caesar salad.

ask around. My BFF made a new friend and I was looking at her fb profile and notice she's "liked" Sarah Palin. TUrns out the new friend had just gone to the profile page to look at something... getting to know the enemy so to speak. :shrug:

Knowing my uncle, he probably does actually "like" her. Ha.

Biodad was astounded to hear that this uncle of mine had conservative leanings - apparently he was quite the hippie back in the day! :lol:

Let the record show that in three chances to do so, I have yet to cast a ballot for her.

So I met KristenCaNaDiAn and ryancoke Saturday night in Thunder Bay. They told me I needed to post in the PLEBA and Lemonade Stand forum more often. So there!

It would have to be purchased by a US resident, as you can't have an account without a US address. Since my credit card billing address is in Canada (obviously), it won't work for me to do it myself.

Ah well. I'll get down to the States eventually. Or maybe the watches will go on sale here. I'll keep my eye out. :)

And I found some SkinnyGirl Margarita at Costco and I've had 1.5 of those... will have a little more before showering and going to bed :yawn: *feels old*
 
Arrgh, I always mentally repress that horrible period when you first get a new phone or computer when you have to set everything up and get to know each other and configure blah blah blah!!

The BlackBerries for my phone company *finally* dropped under $100, and my mom was super awesome and gave me dollars for one. :love: (I gave her my Canada phone a while back, since she didn't have a cell phone. There's so much phone swapping going on around here!)
