Night Gg. I gotta go too. My dad just started kidney dialysis this week, today is his second time so I need to go bring him there. He'd been waiting a long time for them to start him on this, and now he's too weak to get out of his house without help, so I'm glad at least it's started.
Talk to you guys later, I'll keep working on pics little by little every night. ;)

Gawd, longest day ever. I'll leave early, but I'm still twiddling my thumbs here for another hour.

Oh my... :drool::combust:

My mom is taking the boy for the weekend, so I plan on taking a lengthy shower this afternoon and looking rly cute for when hubby gets home from work tonight.

Tomorrow he's got the day off and we're planning on making homemade chinese and watching movies as a "date night". *swoon* It'll be nice to sit through a movie and not be interrupted!
Sounds fun....

:shifty:

You! :applaud:

You sent me Larry porn and then I had to read it, but it wasn't a good time to read it because my parents were in the room!

But it was very good Larry porn... :shifty:

Nope, not today. I think my mom's all nostalgic since it's a 'milestone' birthday. All I know is that I look much better at my age then mom did when she was my age.

Next week, time to get in Marathon shape again. I emailed the campaign director at LLS to let them know I wanted to run AND be a mentor for newbies.

ETA - my birthday is next week....after Edge's. Leo's FTW!
Us Leos rule.

:shifty: I'll take my meat with bone anytime.

:shifty:

Oh LOL I just explained this in the tour thread for ya, did ya see it or should I explain again?
Anyway, we were worried about him that night with the heat exhaustion thing. He said he felt faint more than once, and his assistants even came out a couple times to check on him. I remember once he just walked back to his amp by Larry and was doubled over for awhile and 2 of them ran out and were huddled over him for a while talking and giving him water. He actually had to leave stage a couple times to change his sweat soaked shirts, once in the middle of introducing Stay when Edge looked kind of surprised that he had to take over. Ok I guess I just explained it again.

hey guys
Poor Bono!

I agree :yuck :

I freak at having to eat meat of the bone ie ribs, drumsticks. Even now if we have something involving bone it has to be cut away for me :reject :

I also hate any fat on my meat :lol :

Clone:love: same about eating meat off the bone and fat :yuck:

Just read in the Moncton thread that the night of the show, after the show, some girl got attacked in her tent. It was at the Concert Camping place where we were staying. Apparently the cops took a while to get there and there was blood everywhere. :eek:hmy :

That was the night I slept there by myself :eek:hmy :

I don't think it was near where my tent was thought because I didn't hear any noise out of the ordinary.

Hope she's okay.

I hope she is ok too. Am sure I read though that the guy who hurt her had been with her ( meaning he wasn't a random stranger - or maybe I just read it that way due to my tiredness :reject: ). Either way he is a douche. Poor girl :(

My shot of Brian lurking in the dark in front of me at Moncton... :cute :

Your band pics are fab. Too difficult on my BB to quote them all and didn't have time at work while on lunch/dinner, was trying to catch up on all the pages you guys post

There's way too much I have read to quote ( this having no laptop sucks ) no idea how dazz managed to quote everyone

Do wanna say thanks to those who sent on good lucks for my specialist on Tuesday. And :hug:s for those who haven't been well, get well soon.

Is it this Tuesday or last Tuesday? Good vibes regardless.

um... y'all... i just got this email from the Associate Artistic Director of our local theatre company:
"Are you free to chat sometime soon? I may be in the market for a new education director and wanted to hear your thoughts."

HOLY FUCKING SHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!! :faint:

Holy shit, you guys are fast! :crack:

My laptop passed to the other side earlier this week. I was going to try to tough it out without one till next month when I could better afford one, but I caved today, and picked up a new one after work tonight. In my defense, I cancelled my cable months back after realizing that I watch everything online now, so I didn't even have a tv to keep me company during the (three) dark days. It was horrible. :crack:

Anyway, I'm back sorta, still getting set up and all. And expect typos galore for a while. This new fancy-pants laptop has a number keypad, so all the letters are shifted WAY to the left, and I feel like I can barely type on this thing!

I was wondering where you'd got to. Sucks that the old comp bit the dust, but yay for new toys! :D

I also took the plunge and downloaded Chrome to try, rather than Firefox. Again, we'll see...

But being that Sarah is on her 9th or 10th laptop since spring (seriously...) she told me about ninite.com and pcdecrapifier.com. Omg, those make setting up a new computer a breeze!

I need to go back and read Zooey's post, but if it's what I think it is, YAY!!!

Yeah, the old one had been on its way out for a while now, but I was hoping it would hold out for another month or two. It went suddenly so I wasn't able to get my stuff off of it, but I'm pretty sure the hard drive is fine, I just have to pick up a hard drive enclosure, and I should be able to take it out of the old laptop and get my stuff. If something happens that I can't, you'll be able to hear my meltdown from BC.

I don't know what he means, and the job doesn't pay diddly. AND I just found out that my teaching job comes with a hefty bonus this year... God, if he offers me a job this year I'll die b/c I just don't think, financially, I can take it... but who knows... *counts chickens*
