I know I shouldn't complain when half the country is buried under oppressive heat that's causing serious problems, but this is seriously unacceptable. We put up with the dark and drizzly winters and springs for a glorious summer, and this is the second year in a row that we've had unseasonably cold summers, with barely any true summer days.

The day of the concert was amazing, and last weekend was nice, and there have been a few scattered nice days, but on the whole, it's been a total bust. Thursday it didn't get above 62. Today it's raining.

I've become quite a wuss when it comes to heat, but at this point, I am looking forward to mid 80s and sun in Minneapolis. I'll even take some humidity.

(This is coming from someone who doesn't have to sit in GA all day, mind you. )
