I'm never going to get over missing An Cat Dubh, The Cry/Electric Co, AND Gloria at the garden last tour :sad::angry:
 
So U23D, for the sixth time, was still as awesome as the first time. I may have declared "I see Mullen Butt!" at the top of my lungs at the beginning of the movie. i shouted all sorts of other things (mostly "Bono, ur doin it wrong!"), but I was the only one in my section, so...who cares?

Turned spotting the techs into a drinking game. I've never had to pee so bad in my life. But I got a bonus hour with my man which I wasn't planning on. He lives a block away from the theatre and let me use his bathroom. :D U2 and Dave? No wonder I slept so well last night. :love:

I only saw it once and my experience sucked because I took my best friend, who I now know doesn't like U2, and she fell asleep through the whole thing. And I really don't remember any of it because I was so paranoid about what she'd think of them. :grumpy: :shrug: And I was also angry at her for falling asleep!! :madwife: :lol:
 
I converted a friend and her unborn son to U2 fandom with that movie.

Come to Utah on the second tuesday of the month! I suppose the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is closer, but c'mon. There's nothing like seeing it in the first theater outside of Sundance to screen it with someone who's not afraid to make a fool of herself.

The unborn son is quite a feat! :lol: If I didn't live like ten states horizontally away from Utah, I'd come!! :D

There's no way I could make it to Utah! :lol: I'm sure it would be a blast, yelling at the screen ( :giggle: ), but I'm just gonna have to wait until it finally makes it's debut on DVD or something.

I can't wait till I get It Might Get Loud for Christmas. :drool: :hyper: THAT is a freakin' awesome movie! :lol: And I took that very same friend that I took to that movie, to It Might Get Loud. I think she actually has some respect for Edge now. She already had a major crush on Jack White but shh, that's a secret. :wink: Then when I get it on DVD me and her can have an awesome sleepover and watch it again! :hyper: :hyper:

I'm gonna get that for Dave, and a gift certificate to get his acoustic guitar restrung. Watching him play last night, I dunno if they're rusted or dirty or just worn the hell out, but...ew.
