1. GAs will be available throughout the presale for most if not all US shows
2. They will add more dates to Chicago, NY, Boston, Toronto, within one hour of the general onsale
3. Anyone who wants GAs will have no problem getting them

not in europe: We've got queue up early on the day of the show, bring fresh fruit, bottles of water and sandwiches and run for the best spots once the gates open..
