I think I agree with you on that.

Imagine if you had a copy of the album, and you knew that there were a ton of people who wanted it, but you also know that if you are the one who leaks it, there is a very high probability you could be tracked down and fined and imprisoned. Do you think you would leak it? I think not. So why do you expect others to?

Patience people - the leak will come eventually. And if not, it's only a week to go. Not much in the scheme of things.

Fake....Why would a longer song (by a 72 seconds) be a meg and a half smaller?

If you didn't want to leak it, you wouldn't tell everyone you're going to leak it.
 
Okay guys,

On another matter, correct me if I'm wrong but I am under the understanding that VBR (variable bit rate) mp3's change their bit rate throughout the song to keep quality as high as possible whilst minimizing file size. So, for VBR mp3's, a longer track time doesn't automatically equate to larger mp3 file.
Can someone with more knowledge on VBR confirm what I am saying?

Victim. Sorry, I think people here have lost perspective. Has no one ever done something similar or worse to what Spanish girl has done in their lives? We tease, we taunt, we lie etc. Do we really deserve death threats? Does she deserve death threats for having some fun at the expense of anonymous people on the Internet, when we've all done the same at some point or another on this board or any other site?

I don't think so.

Yeah, that's right. Generally, though, it still evens out to be somewhat consistent. It's usually around the size of 256kbps. You're not going to see any 6 minute songs that are smaller than 4 minute songs.
 
When I buy the album on the 3rd, I'm going to download it onto the net then send it to myself via and pretend that it leaked...
