Well, despite the agonizing wait...the "no leak" thing is kinda cool. For the single it doesn't matter much, but there's something very nostalgic and old school and awesome about everyone getting an album at about the same time and playing it all over the country/world.

No you're exactly right....I even bet U2's label/management will delay shipment of NLOTH to retail stores until two days before the album comes out....I'm sure they don't want a repeat of the Metallica situation where a French record store starting selling their latest record 10 days before it was supposed to come out.
