I was listening to a U2 mix cd last night and one of the songs on it was "Knocking on Heavens Door'" live from LA during the JT tour where Bob Dylan joined the band on stage. It's an amazing version, and what makes it even better (besides the fact that Bono sings it) is the fact that he improvised a lot of words in it... Man is so articulate
