I remember in the late 70's me and my sister used to dance and sing to them i was Anni-Frid and she was Agnetha

:hi5: (though not with a sister, with my very cool blond friend who lived across the road . . . still remember just about wetting my pants (figuratively speaking of course :giggle: ) when dad came home from business trip with the double 'ABBA Arrival' album in his hands . . . was mini celeb for about 5 minutes as we were the only family in town with it! )

good times

Channelling Mr Humphreys (Are You Being Served) here

"Ooh you are awful . . . but I like it"

Got a kid free morning which means I get to curl up with coffee and latest copy of Vanity Fair with NO interuptions  and then boozy bbq at a friends place - loverlieeeeeeeeee

What movies on the top of your 'must see' list for the weekend then?

Are you being Served! ... I didn't know they showed that in any other part of the world

Vanity Fair  I only get it for the photographs, I am the BIGGEST ANNIE LEIBOVITZ FAN EVER :D Sounds like a fan weekend!

I'm going to be watching Cleopatra again, the unedited version :crack:

In the 1970's Australia had no idea HOW to make any decent shows of our own (yes, yes, some will argue that we still don't   ) so my growing up years were filled with British sitcoms :)

I adore VF for piccies and some of the articles - specially the articles about long forgotten times

Have you got the new book featuring hundreds of vanity fair covers ? Is on my christmas wish list for sure :)

happy eating and cleo watching
