OK, I'm just watching the decathlon now, and am I the only person who gets the impression this is the event for people who really aren't that great at any individual event, but are consistently decent across numerous disciplines? I'm not sure what to make of that. It's like "you're a loser, but you're a consistent bugger".

I don't, it seems like so much more stamina is necessary to compete in the decathlon, plus the need to exceed at SEVERAL things

Point taken, it's just that the times they set in the 110m hurdles just then would be really crap by the standards of the top level hurdlers.

Let us hope.

As this is his first arena show after that stadium tour, I was hoping things would get LONGER  Seems a tad shorter....actually, he's been hitting 29-30 songs, he's only at possibly 26, maybe 27 if he played all of Walk The Line, so unless he plays a couple more, THE CONERT GOT SHORTER!! NOOOOOESSS!!

Wonder what the whiny bastard will have to say about that!

I know, I wasn't able to make it to sydney, or Australia for that matter. something about cutoms

Alas I must be off, I have a tour to plan.

Love to your lovlies notAxver, I can't believe how many posts Axver has made now, when will he get a fucking life!.

Yeah, I better bugger off too, I need to go have a life, unlike that sad bastard, Axver.

I hope on the next tour, you can get your way through Aussie customs. I was sad to not see you, after our delightful meeting in Boston.

Axver and/or Daniel:

If Derek's being such a wimp about this, then why did he blindside me with interrogation abotu my drunktexts two weeks ago? All's fair in love and war, I should be able to blindside him with interrogation...

That's the impatient side of me talking...It's shut up now.

Is this still about the L bomb you were talking about yesterday, or have I missed something.

Because this shit isn't logical?

Because when he's got the upper hand, he can be bold about it, but when he's the one put on the spot, he goes wimpy?

Now that we've had a legit Springsteen set, all this thread needs is a fake U2 set.

Something like that. Plus what would have been an awesome cover of Gloria. and 3 songs premiered on show #100 of a world tour.

You need to convert yourself to a springsteen fan. You'll have a ball with setlists, trouble is, he'll probably play one you design

I hate how bands with awesome setlists, like Pearl Jam and Springsteen, just don't make music I'm really that into. Well, I'd be right into Pearl Jam if I could tolerate Eddie Vedder's vocals.
