The venue where I will be seeing U2 on the next tour is definitely the United Center in Chicago (if they do arenas). I'm thinking there will probably be lots of Interferencers at those shows so it will be like a big reunion thing!! Should be fun times.

I remember how many people from IN and IL were at Cleveland (I wasn't a member of Interference when I saw the Chicago show, so I can't say how many were there) and Cleveland is hella farther away than Chicago, so I'm pretty excited to see that number increase. God, the United Center is such a great venue, I hope they come back.

I just wrote a letter to Cadbury because my Snack keeps breaking spastically making the filling spill out everywhere :grumpy: I'm quite well practiced in the art of even breaking so they must have stuffed up on their end. They better not piss me off or they'll be in danger of losing a a big chunk of their sales

I would totally take a series of inthistowntastic cartoons to a U2 show. Not necessarily to get U2 to play Trip or Womanfish. Just to horrify them by reminding them of TV Gaga.

:lmao: That is one of those things I wonder if Bono remembers or if he blocked it out with brain bleach

If they do arenas, they will hit the United Center for sure.

If they do stadiums I could see them hitting up Soldier Field...

If you get loads of free choccies out of this, I'm totally making a trip to Geelong.

Did you really just do this? Because if so 1st: :lmao: ... 2nd:

Bono's got the memory of a goldfish, so he's probably forgotten. Edge and Adam, however, will probably want to crawl into holes in the earth, while Larry may just try to kill me and/or Bono.

I hate the Bears, so I've never had an urge to go to Soldier Field. That being said, if I'm forced to see U2 at a stadium, I wouldn't find Soldier Field to be so bad, it's so beautiful.

I would bring a drawing that fully sums up how much of an ass Larry is. I don't care what the repercussions of such actions would be.

I don't know why, but I have a feeling that U2 will be playing stadiums this time around in America. I just have that vibe.

I'm doubtful of anything else.

Willis was only in the 800m in case he didn't get anything out of the 1500.

I was still hoping he'd give the 800m a shot and try to pull a mini-Snell.

And the kayaking hasn't been decided yet, right? We should have something of a shot at a medal there.

Yeah, all signs point to stadiums, I'm just gonna keep crossing my fingers that they magically change their minds on a 2nd or 3rd leg.

If memory serves correctly, that's the stadium they played in Chicago on Popmart.

Don't make me put mine on. . . . . or else stand really close so I'll be able to see you.

that's....true, I can't actually see without mine...but the point stands! THEY WERE EXPENSIVE BECAUSE I GOT TRANSITION LENSES PUT INTO THEM, I'M NOT GONNA LET THEM GET BROKEN WHILE I TAKE YOU ON DOWN TO CHINA TOWN!

See, I'm not convinced U2 will do stadiums. They're still terrified of not selling venues out, though to be fair, they seem somewhat more comfortable with it than they were (Sydney III and Hawaii didn't sell out on the fifth leg). I just think they'll stick with arenas for at least SOME of the US, since they're unlikely to be able to seriously sell out stadiums in some markets.

I would prefer them to do stadiums, though, simply because it'd cut down on how much time they spend fart-arsing around in the US and they'll have more time to spend not underplaying Europe and the rest of the world quite as badly as they previously have.

Transitions lenses are made of SuperWin. cin, watch out. Ashley's got the Transitions POWAH.

But I have absolutely no problem with them "fart-arsing" around the US
