Rock n' Roll Doggie Band-aid
Not sure if this has been posted. Bono attended a book launch in Dublin last night. The author was an old school mate from Mount Temple:

U2 frontman Bono added some A-list sizzle to Amanda Brunker's book launch in Renards last night.
He proved that he still hasn't forgotten his northside roots after forsaking a rehearsal session with his world-famous bandmates to attend the launch of Champagne Kisses.
Given that he attended the same school as Amanda, in the shape of Mount Temple Comprehensive in Clontarf, he seemed to have no problem helping the mum of two publicise her first foray into the literary world.
INCREDIBLE
The pint-sized star said it was great to be out on the tiles, meeting up with his old pals.
"I am reading the book at the moment and it looks like it's going to be incredible," Bono said.
Given his hectic schedule, it was little wonder he only stayed a few minutes to press the flesh before heading back to his recording studio to continue working on the band's new album.
Amanda, who had changed the date of the launch to accommodate the rock star, brought Bono upstairs to give him a personal reading from her new tome.
Looking relieved that he managed to pop in at all, she laughed: "Bono joked how I was reading him a bedtime story."
Also at Renards were TV3 beauty Laura Ryan and her good pal Colette Fitzpatrick.
The two presenters were out on the tiles to celebrate Colette's birthday. First stop for the pair was the Marks & Spencer party on Grafton Street for the opening night of the store's new roof-top restaurant, before hitting Renards.
