I've now tried for both shows, in both citi presales and both general onsales. Nothing. Beyond bummed. I've been able to score GA's during presale and general sale for every tour they've been doing it (Elevation to now). This new ticketing process is brutal and certainly isn't helping real fans. There are tons of GA's on scalper sites already.

Same here. I'm super bummed. I have always gotten tickets back to the unforgettable fire. This is the first time I've been shut out of all presales. [emoji24]and regular on sale. Zilch zero tickets for this tour

I have the same experience you have had. This will be the first show I have not been able to get GA tickets - and I have just gotten them in the past on general sales - no special presales. I am totally gutted that I won't be able to do GA for this tour.
