As the taper/mixer of that recording--No, none released.
There is that IEM/AUD mix of opening night in Vancouver, but its a sub-par mix in my opinion (very audience heavy, and lots of noise on the AUD).

I'm sooooo not an expert. The Vancouver mix sounded good on my iPod, so I'm happy with it. 
Ah - I'm thrilled to see that "yet" . . . I was at the Boston show and am just very glad to know it was captured (I thought we got an outstanding show)!

I know of about 4 audience tapers, one of which generally releases his stuff. I think Boston will get out eventually.

The Daspyknows Schoeps recording of Santa Clara is up there. Better than the Vancouver mix in my opinion.

It would be disappointing if the concert vid from this tour came from anywhere but the American Southwest. And it appears it wont be.

Yes there is a fairly good recording of that show. The microphone recording is kinda distant though, although better than the existing recording.
