Okay. Due to my health insurance , I only have 10 more treatments of PT for 2019. With that being said my physical therapist and I talked about ending my PT. There might be a time when I will need it , going down the road for 2019. I can still do the exercises at home. Also I have Silver Sneakers , that that is free, with my insurance, that I can work out in the gym, where I can do some of my PT.

I overdid it yesterday with grocery shopping and bringing heavy things up and down the stairs (I wish we had an elevator!)
