.A V I to .MOV

Hey guys

I have a question. I'm on a Mac and I was wondering, is there any way I can convert a ".A V I" (sorry I had to put spaces between the letters for some reason) movie file to a ".MOV" movie file?

SUPER can convert to .mov, google it and you'll find it... it's from eRightsoft

ok another related question, no need to make a new thread... to burn videos on a dvd which formats do a Mac can burn mpeg, mpg, wmv, avi, mov? or do I have to convert them to a certain format like circa92 asked?
