enlarging pics?!

Does anyone know if it's possible to enlarge pics without loosing an amount of picture quality?

it depends what the initial quality of the pic is...
usually programs like Photoshop can resize quite nicely without losing as much quality as most regular programs...
Irfanview is a free program and has a decent resize filter aswell

If the pic is already at it's max resolution and you enlarge it, you're going to loose quality. It's a matter of the pixels/resolution, not the program used to do the enlarging.
