I assume you're referring to the protests in Argentina?
Almost choked on my coffee this am when I turned over the NY Times to see pics of El Comandante all over it. LOL.
Cindy Sheehan to join Maradona and Hugo Chavez in a protest against president Bush.
Cindy Sheehan, who has been leading anti-war protests in the US after her son was killed in Iraq, will travel to Argentina next week to protest the visit of president Bush to the Summit of the Americas that will take place in Mar del Plata Argentina on November 3-5.
According to Argentinean newspapers, Ms. Sheehan will march with Venezuelan president Hugo Chavez, a
self proclaimed 'socialist' and a declared enemy of the United States, Diego Armando Maradona an ex-soccer player and current drug addict who said last week in Havana that Castro is his 'god' and that president Bush is a criminal and by Silvio Rodriguez, a Cuban singer and songwriter who is allowed to play in foreign countries as long as the money comes to his slave master, who in turn allows Silvio to live a much better life than his fellow Cubans can have.
Ms. Sheehan has said that she is trying to "honor her son" by protesting the war. But it is hard to understand how sharing the stage with Chavez, who is spending billions of dollars that belong to the Venezuelan people trying to keep Castro in power oppressing and murdering his people and with a drug addict who is proud to show his tattoos of a mass murderer like che Guevara, will honor her son memory.
How will the thousands of Cuban mothers, who have lost their sons at the hands of the criminal that Maradona calls 'god,' will feel when they see Cindy Sheehan joining hands with him in her anti-Bush crusade?......
.....Cindy Sheehan is becoming the new Jane Fonda. It is sad to see how this woman is being used and manipulated by those radicals who pay her expenses and pull her strings.
