"The Web's Number 1 Christian Porn Site"?!

To you I present
http://www.xxxchurch.com/default.asp

Does anyone know if this is for real? Seems unlikely...

Here's a taster for you!

Quote:
Taken from www.xxxchurch.com

[+] READ HATEMAIL

It would be quite boring and dull if we just posted all the positive emails, so we thought we would post the worst emails and comments we have received. We're sure that these nice folks have good intentions and are just a little confused about what we are doing.

Your cause and website will no longer exist after one year.
After which your lives will be filled with turmoil and grief.
I pray for you that my premonition does not come to pass, but I am afraid you have already set things in motion and made your choices. Read closely. You are only out to make money. All I can do is pray for you. God Bless you! May our Lord forgive you of your sins. I pray you have accepted Jesus with all your heart.
Mike

I have to shake my head and utter GOD HELP THESE BLIND PEOPLE!!!

First of all to have the 3 xxx's in front of the word church is an instant warning " 'RED FLAG"' to a "REAL SPIRIT FILLED CHRISTIAN BELIEVER"...

SECOND OF ALL; IT'S SAD AND A SHAME THAT THERE ARE SO MANY ON THIS SITE HURTING AND BOUND "including you two guys"... no offence. Satan comes in the form of light and is a pro at deception. He can fool the very elect the bible tells us. We are not supposed to sugar coat sin. We are not supposing to band-aid it! We are to repent and put the flesh under subjection to Gods' Word and Spirit...

We are to draw close to God and resist the devil and he shall flee...but Satan can't cast out Satan!!!! The blind lead the blind they both fall into the ditch. I am amazed most of these "Christians" say they also masturbate and porn. Etc.and they are praying for the next bound person...Satan must laugh!!!

You guys may mean well but I assure you according to the SCRIPTURES...that is not how deliverance is done! Your program may be ok. For the world (if they choose not to get delivered,) but certainly not for people who want total deliverance! They are dealing with spirits of bondage! A perverse spirit and a whoredom spirit. Which spawns other foul spirits. They need rebuked and cast out. If you had JESUS in front of your church instead of 3 xxxx'x you might see the revelation and truth of this vicious cycle. In humanity. These sins and many others umbrella under these two main roots if you will. You guys like what you're doing cause you are in control over these desperate bound folks.yous advertise that trash even like the real porno sites do...you're even proud to call yourselves goof-balls and yes you are right...a true Christian would have no part in this filth!!! You all need to run to an old fashioned Pentecostal church and get converted. The right way according to the Bible...in the name of JESUS CHRIST I touch and agree with other true believers for real salvation and deliverance for you and the rest, and I guarantee you those 3 xxx's and that porn site will go, I rebuke the works of Satan behind all this right now. I come against this whoredom spirit and this perverse spirit in the name of JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD. I bind you Satan I curse the plans that you have to deceive these people...father God I ask bind in heaven this day true deliverance to all these people reveal your power of truth to them. Open their eyes and understanding to see they need truth...we will give you thank and the glory... for Biblical deliverance and salvation...in your almighty name today. Amen.

You guys should be ashamed...All you're doing is for commercial purposes. I cannot believe you guys have the nerve to put out merchandise with XXXchurch logo on it. Just think of people you are affecting, not only the teens but also younger children. Questions you can't ask your mama? Are you that desperate to rake in money such way? If you guys are really pastors, I'm sure you started out of good intentions, but this is not the way. I appreciate your effort but you still have long ways to go. These sexual innuendoes and jokes you guys are making are not helping to the cause. As a fellow Christian please... you need to rethink what you're doing. To me you come across as being very commercial and very immature. You do need to get your message across to young people, but making jokes about things that need to be seriously talked about is not how it should be. You can get your site up and running. Take off your stupid T-shirts and your jokes.
Ben

I've sat and tried to think for about five minutes something to express the feeling your site gives me. It's like a mixture of walking through a graveyard, watching a road traffic accident and eating a bag of sugar. To know that there are two human minds behind it scares me even more. There's no point in expressing to you that manipulating people to do what you want through fear is the antithesis of love, because I know that your mind does not compute logic in the same way as mine. It's hopeless. I'll even avoid my gut instinct to express that something like this can only happen in America and America continues to scare me daily. Your site, your message is all so creepy you must have done untold damage to Christianity. I can't imagine how many thousands have been even more repulsed by the notion of religion than they already were after viewing your site. The fact that you are so proud of your own self-promotion also seems to detract from the message and prove your true cocation. In short, you scare me. You scare a lot of people. I hope you're proud of spreading fear.

Your site is idiotic. "Hey let's try and convey our Christian propaganda to teenagers by being 'cool'! Maybe then they'll stop looking at porn. Pete the Porno Puppet'? Are you kidding me? It's one thing to be against pornography for one reason or another, but to tell everyone to stop doing it is unreasonable. I personally don't see anything morally wrong with pornography. How would you like it if I started preaching to your kids that pornography is a good thing? I'm willing to bet you wouldn't appreciate it. Now what you need to understand is that there is no difference between these two. If you find a difference (other than "I'm right and you're wrong"), let me know. Sincerely,
Kyle

o is anyone witnessing to the porn producer? He has kids...but pollutes society with his films for their parents? Is this insanity? Secular or Christian ...so many are into porn...why? They have no fear of God...none...they throw their marriages away because "I'm not Happy"....................DUHHHHHHHHHH. Get over it grow up. NO ONE is happy until you've spent time in the Presence of God, then you are so caught up in His glory that worshipping for FIVE HOOURS Seems like 5 minutes! What this nation needs is the Holy Awesome Presence and fear of the Living God to fall on them in McDonald's, at the supermarket, at the bank. When true believers walk by so full of the Spirit of God and his presence that like Charles Finney. People hit their knees asking God to forgive them...not because we have condemned them or because we have put a PSA in their face, but because we have BEEN WITH GOD! They will sense it. They will see it! They will feel his glory and presence. But the porn man just does the announcement and says lock up your videos? HA HA...that is utterly laughable...He says don’t' watch em kiddies...but your folks will...and hey their brains will be filled with such rot that they may even turn on you!

Let GOD save us from such foolishness and hypocrisy. Tell the porn man to give his life to Christ otherwise ANYTHING HE HAS TO SAY is going to be seen thru the lenses of do as I say and not as I do. THAT is the reason kids raised in church reject God and turn out like Marilyn Manson. HYPOCRISY!

How about fasting and praying and prayer walking and handing out tracts and telling all porn industry people about the love of Christ. THAT would be a ministry at the root of the problem. Dig up the root! You won't HAVE to make the "lock up your porn" Commercials!

Holy, Holy, Holy is the Lord God Almighty, who was, and is, and is to come...Sincerely,
Part of the nameless, faceless ones. IT'S ALL ABOUT HIM!

I am writing to say how much I HATE this website and its purpose. It would appear that you are not the men you are made out to be. It is Christ, the greatest man, whom we should emulate. Your behavior astounds me. Follow Jesus is what I say, do what he did. Jesus didn't go around eating with sinners, or putting himself in a position to "help" prostitutes. Really, come on now, what is the greatest commandment...shouldn't we seek to obey God? Your religious satire is entirely inappropriate; did Jesus employ such unholy hyperbole? Do you see how harmful that is, what if I were to tell you I would throw a log or a large stick at you, is that serious or just an exaggeration? Can't tell, maybe we should consider the idea that God didn't create us to think in such a manner. I am done setting you right, I would advise you to consider the life and testimony of Dwight Moody and what he might have to say about this TERRIBLE site.

Friend of the pasquinade, Nathan

Your video containing a young cat being flung perilously across the room in the "Sterling" Video for "Save the Kittens" is morally reprehensible and disgusts me. While I thought this organization simply a joke when I first saw the flyer, now I know that you are more sick than the people you seek to "save." Surely the mistreatment of animals such as that is more of a damnable offense than those actions practiced by the ones you seek to "treat." This video link should be removed and its creators remonstrated for their poor judgment.

Sincerely,
Concerned Cat Companion

I mean no disrespect, but are you guys serious? "Christian porn site"? so am I to believe that you guys get off on band reviews and poorly painted cars and all that jazz? judging from this name of this web page I am lead to believe you associate yourselves with a pornographic things, it sounds like you guys have Sunday school girls fornicating or something. It people like you who give Christians a bad name , does the Bible not say "I am no part of the world"? well porno is a huge part of the world, so practice what you "preach" hey? man have you guys ever turned Jesus into your profit! im ashamed to call myself a I'm with this slander floating everywhere, its terrible, its not even clever. write back, id like to hear from you!
Steve

XXXchurch.com truly has not done a whole lot of good, and many posters can't stand Setting Captives Free because we try to actually help people OUT of porn instead of "supporting" them in it, and of course xxxchurch.com allows them to post their hate for us. I don't personally know one person who has been helped by them, not one porn star who has repented and found life in Christ, not one producer who has been smitten and broken in heart by watching the "midget" who represents those stunted in growth by porn. Not much good to say about them. The main reason we do not support them is because their method is not biblical, nor are they fruitful as a ministry. We could go into all the Scriptures as to how they do not use biblical means of reaching the lost, but that is not the purpose of this forum, nor do we think it would be a profitable discussion to have.

Did you really think that your perfunctory response on the issue of masturbation would actually help Christians? Yet again, this proves that any jack-a**, like yourself, Oprah, Ellen, Sharon Osborne, and all the other self-proclaiming counselors need to be ignored. As a youth pastor, I find your response to difficult questions useless and ineffective. It is my prayer that people will stop looking for answers from the "blind guides" of this world, and look to the Father. I noticed that you don't mention anywhere on your Website, your certification to counsel people. But hey, who needs to be accredited when you have a cool Website and a bible. Where is your next successful step? TBN?

Thanks
-Steve

Sorry this is not an email that heaps praise upon your website and as a Christian I am the first to encourage and praise where sincerity of purpose comes across in more than just words.

First, you employ a psychological trick in your "bunny rabbit" and try to make people feel safe. Christians do not confess their sins to a bunny rabbit they confess their sins in front of a witness, before God - the creator of the universe. God's requirements are uncompromising.

Second of all you say that other Christian websites are crap and boring. I have found them to be anything but other, but by making this claim you are attempting to tell the reader that yours is the only website worth reading.

Third - you say you are anti-porn but you do not say WHY you are anti-porn.

The website is badly designed, not only slow loading but slow SCROLLING and it is very hard to understand except for a few messages that leap out at you, mainly adverts for "books that you have to pay for but similar information can be obtained freely elsewhere".

I suspect that you are largely aimed at young people who don't know any better than to be influenced by a "cool" look and controversial messages. Saying, "Jesus loves porn stars" can lead ignorant people down the wrong path. Jesus loves the sinner but hates the SIN, he loves people he does not love "porn stars" because porn is about "image" a "porn star" is an image made by men and leading people to commit adultery in their hearts.

Frankly I think you're website at worst can be construed as a cynical attempt to obtain information about people's web surfing habits (as if an Omniscient and Omnipresent God needs YOU to get that information). I have had experience with Christians who have had difficulties with pornography, and your site to me is a cheap confidence trick. Sure, whatever I say you will keep going but I regard the site as a red herring in the race and I will never consider it to be a resource valuable to Christians, or non-believers who are suffering enormous personal anguish and heartache. You proudly boast that you have been published in penthouse - if you were a true threat to Satan you would certainly not be permitted to evangelize in that publication. Have you not read the scriptures - "A kingdom divided against itself cannot stand"?. If I were Satan I would laugh with glee. You are also forgetting that Satan has more in his arsenal than pornography and that there are TEN commandments that can be broken.

I hope that you are sincere in your mistake and not cynically exploiting other's weakness. Nothing personal chums but, erm, good luck.
-Anonymous

So do you truly think that a 'just' god would kill someone's kitten for our deeds? Have you actually read the bible? If you are really christians, then you put your faith in Jesus, and claim that he is the savior. If you truly believe this, then you've got your ticket to heaven. If you're a little more 'hard-core' (no pun intended), and feel that it is your mission to show people that their ways are wrong, it would make more sense to start with important things, like the 10 commandments, or perhaps the acceptance of Jesus as the savior. Just because you two haven't gotten laid doesn't mean it will never happen. S**t, from the way you all present yourselves, I'd think that you were gay. Have you ever considered that? Look deep into each others eyes, then deny that you feel closer to each other than anyone else. You all belong together. Do some ecstacy, that'll take the pressure off.
-Jacob

I hate to be the burden of bad news to you people but I could not help notice you were seen on "Family Business" a Showtime original series about Seymore Butts and his life as a well know and popular porn director/star.

First of all the show is fantastic! Second, you were at an adult convention where pornography is sold and sex toys are sold and promoting your holy all mighty site. Actually your site is ignorant and the one reason it is #1 is because no other idiots would come close to doing such a dumb thing.

Your actually a bunch of hipocrites. I hope you add this to the hate mail so everyone can see just what kind of ignorant fools you really are.

-Sincerely, Satan himself

I think your associating pornography with the church is an abomination.
-Gail

You guys are sick puppies. Get a life!
-Jason

I remember another group that acted like you, um I think they were called nazis.
-Melissa

Take The NoHo Pledge
I, state your name, promise to the best of my ability not to dress, buy clothes or act like a Ho. Clothes I should try to avoid buying or wearing: tight pants that are cut so low that when I bend over you can see my g-string or butt crack, tight half shirts that show my six or not-so-six pack, tight shirts that are low cut to show my cleavage or short shorts that you can see my butt cheeks in.

I know that God desires me to glorify him in all things and I realize that by dressing like a Ho, I only desire to give glory to me, not God. I also know boys have a problem with sexual things and I know that by not dressing like a Ho, I can be a part of the solution, not the problem!

Now Make It Official. Click Here To Join X3.

Why the NoHo Pledge?
1 Timothy 2:9 says: "And I want women to be modest in their appearance. They should wear decent and appropriate clothing and not draw attention to themselves by the way they fix their hair or by wearing gold or pearl or expensive clothes." We know that the word NoHo may offend some, but we only came up with it after we were offended by all the young women who, well, look like Ho's.

We exhibit and minister at a few porn shows a year and we see a lot of women who wear practically next to nothing. In the porn industry, it's not shocking to see girls with no clothes on, it's almost expected. There may be many reasons for young women to dress as they do...one being to get attention, to show off their assets (literally) or because they have no good role models to show them how they should dress. This is why we created the NoHo pledge.

We believe there is only one role model that every young women needs to look to-God. He knows what is best, so why wouldn't you want to follow the lead of someone who knows what's up? The truth is that God desires women to be modest in their appearance. This is not only because your body is God's and it honors him when you actually do dress modestly. But, you should also be thinking about bringing glory to God, not glory to yourself by showing everyone your body.

Guys are very visual; we don't have to go into great detail about this because you would have to be living under a rock to not know this. But, why can't you help the boys out who are stimulated by girls on TV, in news, magazines and video games? Just to let you know, people will look at you and may think "Wow, she's hot"...but you gotta remember that some day beauty will fade and what will your husband or boyfriend be left with? If you have a nice body that you are proud of, thank God for it and move on. If you have such a great body, guys will still be attracted to you regardless if you are wearing a full-length sweat suit or nothing at all. Hopefully they will be attracted to something far greater than skin...your character and you as a woman of God.
Hallelujah! We are saved, ladies.

I think I've heard about this site before. As far as I know it is genuine and is aimed at weaning people off pornography.

There's a much much cheaper way to do this. It's a series of books:

"Every Man's Battle" by Stephen Arterburn
"Every Young Man's Battle"
"Every Woman's Battle" by Shannon Ethridge
"Every Young Woman's Battle"

i looked up "Man's Battle" on Amazon and came across this quote in the reviews:

"There is no more common enemy of true manhood than the diversion or the perversion of our sexual capacities. I welcome every contribution to the arsenal of resistance."

-Jack W. Hayford, Litt.D., pastor of The Church on the Way and president of The King's Seminary

i'm not really familiar with this line of thought. here's my question: is the struggle to "resist" our natural sexual urges important because sex itself is something that is inherently a bad thing, except within the context of Biblical marriage; or, is it that the struggle to resist temptation is, in and of itself, a worthwhile endeavor because there is much to be gained through struggle and perserverence?

also, why, then, if we are to restrain our sexual urges -- and i think that's very, very different from moderating our urges, and moderation is something i actually agree with and try to live by in all things, including sex -- why did God (or whomever) then hardwire people with intense desire? is this something of a trap, or a test, set by God to ensnare Man? is this akin to entrapment?

i really am curious to hear the logic behind this thought.

i suppose i want to know what, exactly, is wrong with sex outside of one specific context (Biblical marriage). and then, what is to be gained from abstaining.

Both.

The Biblical view, which I am in agreement with, is that sex is more than a physical act. It joins two people together; they become one in a spiritual sense. That is why God reserves sex for relationships recognized by him as marriage.

xxxchurch.com is a legit website. One of the founders actually spoke at our church a month or so ago. Seems to me like they are actually going more for shock rather than substance, but that's just my opinion.

EMB is a great book for those who are interested.

why, then, the hardwiring of the body to want to have sex? why would God make you want to do soemthing, and then tell you not to do it? isn't that like holding a cookie in front of a 4 year old but keeping it just out of reach?

The "hardwiring of the body to want to have sex" was done so that when people do get married they will be want to experience and enjoy with each other the wonderful special thing God created.

You can think about it this way, also. Training makes better soldiers. The Biblical perspective is that there is a spiritual war going on, all training makes for better soldiers.

I'd say it's not exactly akin to "holding a cookie in front of a 4 year old but keeping it just out of reach". The way I would describe it is "telling the child there's some cookies in the cookie jar for after he has eaten his dinner"; in other words, when the time is right, he will get a wonderful yummy gift.

Of course, there are levels of this "hard-wiring" anyway. The way you characterized it in another thread as the body loudly saying "Have sex!" (my words, not yours) is not accurate for everyone. Some people have strong sex drives, some have weak sex drives, and some have no sex drive.

agreed on the last point. though i would say that a strong sex drive is indicative of a healthy person. for me, every morning when i wake up i feel a part of me saying, "HAVE SEX." then i just get up and drink some OJ and get on with my day.

what are people who never get married (or are unallowed to get married) supposed to do? is this gift from god to be denied for them forever?
