I'm going to be in a Christmas parade with some of my medieval re-enactment buddies in Cullman, a small town near Birmingham, in December. We are going to make a float for the occasion at our next meeting and carry it in the parade!

I'm not going to know what it looks like until we make the thing. I've been in this town's Christmas parade before. Silly me, the parade is actually in a neighboring town called Hanceville, not Cullman! Doh...........
