this saved my life last night. finally got some sleep.

i know someone who as a kid swallowed a piece of lego.

The doctors diagnosed it as asthma, and for years had to have medication.

It was only when he eventually choked it up, (still clogged full of mud from the garden) that they realised what was hampering his breathing.

PS it wasn't me - I got a plastic womble wedged in my mouth.

the other day at work i coughed not expecting anything to come out and out popped a little phlegm ball right onto my thumb. there were no tissues around so i had to carry this thing about 50 yards to the bathroom.

And should I pick up some Mucinex? I have this sinusy-sore throat thing going on... Don't feel the need to hock up a lung though...

some sudafed or afrin usually works fairly well for me. when the hacking-up-a-lung part comes, get some generic robitussin (one with cough suppressant AND expectorant---makes no sense, I know). that worked for me with this last cold.
