Zoo TV: Opening Night.

Was anyone in here there? If so, how did you feel about the total transformation the band had taken in a live setting? Was it just totally amazing? The last time you saw these guys in the US was on the JT Tour.

Zoo TV recieved so much hype and when it came Down Under in 1993 it was totally amazing. That first show though, who would have thought it would be like that!

I have a horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE quality video of them doing soundcheck for opening night. You can't even hear anything though, and the camera was really far away from them...and it cost $40! I was 13 and didn't know any better...*sigh*

I wasn't there on opening night, but they played Seattle (Tacoma) about 7 weeks later in April - which is a lot of shows I guess - but hey, I was one of the first of maybe 300,000 people to see ZOOTV!
