Meaning that if you play U2's Numb at the same time, all the actions on the screen should be done in my video.

Let's not delve into details as to how one person did all this.

Ok, so here's my attempt. It sounds like crap, though, and I will not be able to have another try in at least 16 hours, so if it's not good, let someone else have it. I did this in between waking someone, trying to have to dog not bark, and my youngest sister, who just has to watch cartoons with the volume way up high...
