New single - or something???

Wasn't there supposed to be a new single out like about right now? The single is probably Hands that built..., but i haven't found it Anyone knows??? Did they change their minds about releassing hands???

I read that they were going to release Hands as a single only in the UK, but then decided to only release it as a radio single, so it would get air time, but not be available in stores.
