I would do "Stories for Boys". That wasn't a single was it? It was kind of a quasi-single, right? Well anyway, that would be the one cuz it feckin' ROCKS and it would definitely get the crowd going when performed with my...em...enthusiastic musical stylings.

If you had a BAND.......

Ok here's a good one (well i think so)...If you had a band..what U2 song would you cover that wasn't a single & why...

I would do Running to Stand still cause it's one of my favs & just love the lyrics. It just brings me too whole other place

"oh I wish I were a little bar of soap..... I wish I were a little bar of soap...i'd go squishy and slimy all over people's heineys ......Oh i wish i were a little bar of soap....."

I am in a band, and we cover "Running to Stand Still." We do a pretty colse version to what U2 did...I sing it and pull out the harmonica at the end. Sounds awesome. Then we add "Ruby Tuesday" at the end, just as Bono probably would have.

"Yep...Silver and Gold!!!" - Bono

We'll Shine Like Stars In The Summer Nights...

Trip through your wires! I would like to play harmonica on stage and rock.
For secound, Love is blindness to show what a sensitive boy I am
The third song would be a loud full-band-version of Kite (which will maybe become a single?? Or will IALW be the next one?)
The encore would be an acoustic version of Trying to through your arms around the world.

Take the money and run

I'm learning to play the bass part to Gone. I'm hoping to learn running to stand still after that too!

Bass Trap - because I'd love to tinker with the gorgeous simple swooning dreamlike (and almost meditative) melodies and make the song much longer. Then again this is a tough one for me, no way I could ever do a U2 song justice!
