If I had to guess at how HTDAAB will be packaged I would say:
REGULAR VERSION
Will just be in a regular jewel case with a seethrough sidebar all black.
BONUS DVD VERSION
If you have Interpol Antics, you know what I'm saying when I say it will be in a slip-case. But, the slip case will have a rectangle cut-out where the picture of U2 is and it will show through to the picture of U2 on the actual case. The acutal case cover will just be that picture of U2 with a black background.
SUPER DUPER DELUX LIMITED EDITION VERSION
Will be in a book case with the CD (like REM's Around The Sun) in just a little slipcase. Inside the book will be another slip-case DVD.
