How Many New U2 Songs Will Be on The Gangs Of New York Soundtrack?

Just wondering.... I thought i remembered talk in this forum about U2 working extensively on the soundtrack.

It would be great if we got additonal new songs other than Electrical storm and Hands that Built America as a christmas present from U2.

Whatever happened to "A Man Is A Man" which was rumoured to be the U2 song off the Gangs of New York soundtrack before "The Hands That Built America" came along?
