Help with Stuck In A Moment video At u2star.com

Hi there. I am new member to this board. I have been a frequent vistor to this site, without registering, for about a year. I just never was motivated enough to register...until recently.

I am having trouble downloading the new video for Stuck In A Moment from u2star.com. I downloaded the CuteFTP program like they suggested, but I can't get the thing to connect. I keep getting messages like "Password Not Accepted" and "Too many connections on this account. Goodbye."

I was wondering if anyone was sucessful at downloading the video from their FTP site, using CuteFTP, and had any suggestions. I really liked the preview clip I saw, and I would like a version that is higher quality than the RealPlayer streaming version that I have seen. I also don't feel like watching MTV non-stop to see if they play the video again (which might never happen).

Also, does anybody know of any other site where I can download a version the video, if I can't get this to work?

I got mine from the site of Ultraviolet, it's a Brazilian mailing list and fan club I take part in. Here is the link:

Just go to the Downloads section and right click on the first link, where it's written "clique aqui para baixar". It's the windows media version.
