Not a great moment, but very cool I think:
In "Wire" right after the lyric "...here we are again now place your bets..." you hear Bono laugh slightly, as if someone in the control booth cracked him up or something. In keeping with the spirit of the song, I think it makes him sound a bit crazy too.

Great Bono moments? I can think of so many.. just a few:
- Bono dressed up in that silver suit doing "Desire" during Zoo TV tour
- Bono walking through the VIPs at the Rock n Roll Haal of Fame induction as the band cranks out a killer version of "Until the End of the World" and then spraying champagne all over the place.
- During live performances of "Bad" Bono hanging on to the mic as he screams to the crowd "desolation.. isolation.. let it go...."
- Any time he nails those high "ooooooooo ooooooooo"'s send chills up my spine
- When Bono breaks out into a half-assed rap during "Bullet" on the Elevation tour.
- Bono singing "No More!" and getting the crowd to chant it back during the Live Aid concert in 1985....
There are soooooooo many great Bono moments..
